Deliveries
Providing all items are in stock they will be delivered within 2/3 days of placing your order
.Out of stock items or Special Orders usually take 6/8 weeks
We do our best to ensure that all items on the website are in stock but occasionally some items sell out more quickly than anticipated if this is the case you will be advised immediately.
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is £4.95 per delivery address please allow 7 working days for the arrival of your goods.
Please add a further £2.50 to addresses in Northern Ireland/Isle of White/Isle of Man and the Channel Islands

Furniture deliveries are sent out by courier and depend on size and weight please email or telephone us for a quote
Payment
We Accept all major credit and debit cards which will be processed by our bank at HSBC.
We are committed to ensuring that all your information is secure to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
We do not share history or information with other sellers and we also keep your email address confidential.
Payment can also be made made through Google Checkout or PayPal where you can quickly and easily buy on line and track orders and delivery information in one place.
You
can shop with confidence knowing that the fraud protection policy
covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout
and Paypal.
Alternatively we accept payment by cheque but please allow an extra seven days for clearance.
Returns
La
Vie en Rose will refund any item if you are not happy with it,
provided it is returned to us within 14 days unused and in the original
packaging to enable us to accept it
for a refund.
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, customised, sale or special order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Where the goods are delivered as part of a Non-Standard delivery service, you acknowledge and agree that you have asked us to perform this service. As such in the event you cancel your order, persuant to Regulation 13[1][a] of the Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000, you shall have no right to obtain a refund of the price you paid for Non Standard delivery service
Items that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund or exchange will not be given until they are received by us. Please retain proof of postage in case the parcel gets lost and you need to make a claim.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any goods returned to us and we reserve the right to not refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage.
We therefore recommend that you use recorded delivery and retain proof of postage in case you need to make a claim

the item was damaged when you received it please notify us immediately
and return it, replacement items will then be sent out to you and a refund of postage will be given.
